Emma has spent ten years working in Business Development, Brand Communication and Client Management for some of the worlds largest Advertising networks, WPP and IPG. She has worked for global clients, such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, Ford and L'Oréal building diverse teams and delivering holistic campaigns. For the last three years she has consulted for Ogilvy & Mather, Portas and McCann, and has set up and run two small companies.

Emma has always had a passion for supporting small business. and has independently worked for Start-Ups and SME clients throughout her career, creating and growing Little Upstart with her network of creatives and business owners to help new ideas get going and existing businesses to grow.
